How do you know if someone is spying?

If you were opening your Facebook from your office computer or someone else's mobile and laptop, you may have forgotten to log out. In this case, your login may be saved so that the password is saved on the device.

In that case, the possibility of spying on all your Facebook activities from those devices seems certain.

To make sure, tap on the three dashes in the top right corner of your Facebook app.

Now scroll down and click on Settings within the text and privacy text.

You will see the option of Security and Login at the beginning of Security, go to that.

After doing so, you will find 'Where are you logged in' written at the beginning of the new page.

Clicking on the CL on the back of it will show a list of all the devices you have logged in to Facebook.

Along with the list, you can get detailed information about where, at what time and from which app or browser your Facebook was logged in.

How to stop spying?

If your Facebook is being viewed by someone else, first you need to log out of your Facebook ID from such a device. Don't panic if the device is out of your reach.

You can easily log out of your Facebook from another logged in device from the app you are currently using. To do this, go to the place where you already have a list of devices within 'Where it's logged in'.

Now from the device you want to log out of your Facebook, click on the three dots on the back.

Now you can see two options. Click on Secure Account.

Now there Facebook will show you the details of login and activity. From there, press 'Not You'.
