With the update to Microsoft 365, users will now be able to transcribe audio recordings to Microsoft Word. The company has introduced a tool for recording and transcribing for the web version of Word. This is one of the most important changes in the 36-year-old Microsoft Word.

With the new feature, users can now transcribe recorded audio or even live conversations into Microsoft Word.          If there is an error in the transcription, the user can re-check and correct the audio. This feature, called 'Transcribe in Word,” is currently only available on the web version of Word and will only be accessible to the users of Microsoft 365. While using this feature, the word document of the transcript appears on the right side while transcribing to Word.

           So, you can create or type your own document. Thanks to artificial intelligence, transcription is now becoming faster and easier. The practice of online meeting, and has been on the rise recently due to the COVID 19  pandemic.            Currently, this feature is only available in English, and the company is working to bring it is in other languages ​​as well. The company has said that it will bring this transcript feature in the Word app of mobile next year. The company has not said when it will bring this feature to the Mac operating system, and Windows desktop app.
